As of Tuesday, October 19, 2010, Patch 4.01 has gone live. This is the pre-expansion patch, which has reset all talent tress to a new 31-point tree model. Many classes and specs have undergone substantial changes, such as hunters no longer using mana, and warlocks no longer needing soul shards for many spells.
