Is there less pressure on Robin Thicke to perform because he's not nominated?

Does Robin Thicke have an easier job because he got to perform at the 2009 Grammy Awards without being nominated? Is it harder for nominees to do a good job?

Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Probably more pressure because he isn't nominated. Being nominated means he did a good job on something. Not being nominated, well you get the picture!
