Is there anything interesting to do/see in Monterey Bay, CA aside from the aquarium?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

M$Of course, depends on how much time you have and requires a car but don't pass up if you can swing it. Carmel works too if you don't want to head further south to Big Sur.

I've only been to Monterey once for a day and I went to the aquarium, checked out some shops, bought some saltwater taffy and ate a vegan sandwich and some cake at the aforementioned cafe. Not a bad afternoon.

M$Carmel is a really nice place.
There are some really nice restaurants along the streets (Beni Hana!). Lots of walking and Pebble Beach is a must!
