Is there anything I can do to relax a perm that turned out too kinky?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

M$Try using a moisturizing thick shampoo and a deep conditioner. You can use a deep conditioner during the week and then once a week use a heavy deep conditioning treatment. You can usually find them anywhere even in small packets. Allow the deep conditioner to sit on the hair for atleast 5 minutes or more.
As I mentioned, do this once a week or twice at the most. It should help quite a bit. If you are still not happy, perhaps a call to your hair stylist is appropriate. She may suggest other solutions.
