Is there any weirder place on planet Earth than North Korea? Myanmar maybe?

Although I admit North Korea has an unusual amount of oddness (at least by our cultural standards), I think everywhere has an element of weird. For bad/scary weird, I suggest the government of Iran as comparable to Korea.
