is there any way to use a cellphone to access a system through the serial port with hyperterminal?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

pretty nifty phone, supported bluetooth profiles: HSP, DUN, OPP, A2DP (with update)
bluetooth dongles can be found for über cheap so if you haven't already, get one and tinker around.
i bought a couple very cheap and tried to set up some kind of internet connection forwarding via bluetooth so i could browse the web on my sgh-a877 (rest in pieces) that is when i discovered that although even the really cheap bt dongles support all kinds of functions, you are limited to the abilities of the device you are connecting to. in the sgh-a877's case, i used mainly the HSP (Headset) and OPP (OBEX). you will probably figure something out, Hyperterminal + DUN maybe, idk. when that phone came out, i didn't know such a thing existed, a phone with a keyboard, unheard of! mine had java and blinky LEDs, and i could text with the numpad blindfolded. the Siemens M56.
i have a ppc 6600 that i want to use. i would get a bluetooth serial port and try to load hyperterminal on the phone if possible.
