Is there any significance of playing as a home team in NBA?
There is no place like home as the cliché goes. Most teams almost have better winning percentage while playing at home rather than in road games. It doesn’t only boost the morale of the home team but it also gives the visiting team some intimidation with their boos, rants and chants provided by a boisterous and raucous fans. Furthermore, teams playing for the home crowd will surely give their favorites the much-needed lift especially in the crucial minutes of the game. They cheer for their players while they attempt a shot while especially during free throws, while giving some pressure on the opposing team with their field goal and free throw attempts. Any feedback from you guys? What do you think?
