is there any one (someone i can find local, USVI.) that can performe this type of body midification.the only tat artists are newcomer's

i livein St.Croix, in the U.S. Virgin Islands. I was born on P.R and have plenty of ink...but now i find my self with a yearning for eyeball tat's and in St.Croix..the only tat artists are newbies here on the island...not my first choice..but i still lay awake at night thinking to myself..after scars,ink, and piercings..I REALLY want this done..
Any advice?
