Is there any known dangers of eating extremely burnt foods?
I like eating some extremely burnt foods, like popcorn, french fries, cheese and toast. I am wondering if there is any dangers in eating foods that are extremely burnt. Does burning food chemically alter it in someways? Does it remove all of the nutrients in the food? I worry that there might be carbon or something on the food from all of the smoke that is omitted from it. Has any research been done on this?

there are actually very many dangers in eating an excessive amount of burnt foods like burnt toast for example. When a food item gets burnt, it basically takes the form of a charcoal like solid and is harmful to ingest. Also, when you eat these foods, it is basically like smoking as you are putting those burnt chemicals found in the food into your body, which can affect mainly the respiratory, but also circulatory systems.
