Is there an open-source CMS that allows management of 2 diff sites at once and also allows video/pics to be updated to both via one modual?
I have a client that has two different websites. Wants to have them skinned over a CMS. I want to go open-source. I need a CMS that allows multiple website management but ALSO allows for management of video and pictures on both sites. They want to upload new pics/videos to one modual and dynamically update both sites. I need recommendations on the right CMS to use and moduals for the media management. It would also help if the CMS supported SEO friendly URLS and ecommerce.

I would advise you to use Drupal. Drupal is an Open Source CMS written in PHP.
