Yes, the inside one is in BC stadium and the outside one is in downtown Vancouver
However for security reasons people cannot get close to the outside one-they have to watch it from the distance
Both the cauldrons were lit during the ceremony (Gretzky lit the outside one, he and other 3 athletes the inside one)
But the inside cauldron was extinguished since the B.C. Place stadium cannot withstand the heat.
