Is there an easy way to file a dispute against a trademark holder without using a lawyer?

Tip for best answer: M$1.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Yes anyone can file papers to sue without an Attorney. Just remember to follow the format for the open page and then the complaint. Remember to give the name, address and phone number of the public defenders office in their area and yours on the last page. Any slip from format can be reason for dismissal of your case so if you can go read the books that are in the Courthouse library and it will show you the format or in some places they will let you look at old ones on file for this.

I was actually wondering if there is a dispute option that is valid that doesn't require suit. This would be for a trademark that is already filed and approved (as opposed to during the objection period).
