Is there a website showing step-by-step on how to build a small fan powered by solar panel? Can you point me to the site?

Other requirement that is favorable (optional, but highly recommended)

1) It should at least have power storing means for operation during the night.
2) List the materials/components needed clearly
3) Show the connection for the materials/components clearly

Thank you.

Apparently it is very easy and costs about $6. It is not the best looking but it is highly functional.

@nickundescore: Thanks for the correct links, as for your question, I guess the answer is stated in the category of this question: Education>grade school. This is to help the students to finish the school project. In addition, I just have great interest in this kind of project. Hope this answers your question.

I dont want to steal your answer, but your link went wrong so I will repost it. Great website and interesting question, may I ask why you want to build a solar panel?

This might be what you are looking for. The instructions on this website seem pretty clear. There are Pictures of parts and even part numbers.

Also, the parts include two AA Rechargeable 1.2V Batteries which would hold the charge.
