is there a way to watch the upcoming apple presentation live?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Engadget, GDGT and Gizmodo have auto updating pages with information when it comes to Apple event. They will take pictures and post what is being said. Also, they should be updating on Twitter and Facebook.
Twit.tv will be broadcasting live video from the info the receive from their sources as well. Andy Ihnatko will be posting live if his servers hold up from the inside the event too.
If you are looking for video from within the event that won't happen. Apple controls the broadband in that area and will shutdown any video feeds that go up. They have done this in the past and will continue to do the same would be my guess.
