Is there a way to undo email subscription to a question on Answers? I'm subscribed twice to one that I asked.

Tip for best answer: M$0.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I do not believe this feature is available yet. However, you can certainly contact feedback@mahalo.com if you would like to request it.

No, but this better become a feature soon. It's definitely a necessary feature for people who don't want to feel spammed.

do it manually: that is, set a quick filter (this is REALLY easy w/gmail, could be a bit more work for other providers) that has the relevant info on it and set it to your junk folder. For example, have the keywords "answer" and "Is there a way to undo email subscription to a question " filtered as junk mail, then all the "subscriptions" for that particular question will be gone before you know it.

Thanks - that would work though if I wanted to ditch ALL the subscriptions - not the duplicates.

I'm currently getting doubles on one of the questions I just asked, because I wasn't sure if I was subscribed to get replies and clicked the link on the question page once it came up.

In theory I think one could subscribe as many times as they can click, and completely flood their inbox, probably not a good thing.

True, True. this only works for unsubscribe a certain question....not to undo a double-subscription. Well, hopefully (and thankfully) double-subscriptions are rare and most people do not have to deal with it.

but of course, an unsubscribe is reasonable and probably will be implemented soon.
