Is there a way to segregate Facebook "Friends" so different friends see different levels of detail?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

To set up a list of people whose settings you want to restrict, go to the facebook main page, then go to the "Friends" tab and click "all friends."
On the left side of the page, click on "Make a new list." Pick a name for the list, and hit enter. That should open the page for creating a new list. There, you can type the names of people you want to be on the list, or hit the "select multiple friends" button.
Once you have everybody on the list you want, go to the "Settings" tab in the top right and click "Privacy settings." Then hit the "Profile" button on the next page.
Here, you can restrict every facet of your profile to people in any of your groups. For any of these facets (pictures, status messages, videos, etc), you can customize it so that people on your list of friends cannot see that particular part of your profile.

M$To answer your specific question:
Go to the Settings tab and click to Privacy Settings, from there you can select profile or other account options to customize. You may select certain friends that you would prefer not to have access to each category of information - like personal information, photos or wall posts for example.
Good luck.
