Is there a way to get my PS3 to recognize an itunes library on the same network?

I'd like to be able to listen to my itunes playlists and such from my PS3. Windows media player and PlayOn do a good job of streaming all of my music files, but I'd like to have access to my itunes playlists.

Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Try sharing your iTune folder in windows the navige there. It should be like other share folder after that.
I don't think you can get the play lists to work without a work around.

You can always get the AirPort Express Base Station with 802.11n with AirTunes then stream your iTunes to that. it has a speaker jack to connect your speaks to.

Sorry if this didn't help.
