The only discount tickets I could find were available at the Globe.
This site describes a 2007 visit but I am sure that the discounted ticket procedure is the same today as it was then. It was the same procedure when I was there in 1999. There are 700 discounted seats, that are not actually seats, you will have to stand through the entire performance, as they did in Shakespeare's Day. If you are in to Shakespeare I would suggest the tour of his home, I was very impressed, the garden's were beautiful and they had a really awesome gift shop. I hope this was helpful.

You can also see a Shakespearean play at other theater's besides the Globe. We saw one of his plays at another theater besides The Globe, it was in downtown London. But if your there, why not at the Globe. Have a great trip. Again sorry I forgot to include this link in my last response.
