Is there a way or will there ever be a way to download all songs for Guitar Hero 3 and Guitar Hero Aerosmith onto Guitar Hero World Tour?

Afraid not. Your better off just buying or Download free DLC. What you are asking if for an entire library which is the same as buying the game itself. T There are only a few songs that are the same in only a few versions. Here is a list of songs you can download on DLC
