Is there a portable robot that can wash and wax your car?
What companies are working on a portable robot to clean your car? Would you use it, instead of paying 20 dollars at the car wash for a manually cleaning?

I couldn't find any articles online mentioning portable robot car washers. I did find one link to a robot car wash you can purchase but it runs about $14,000 so I don't think it would be economical.

The robot would have to be capable of moving by suction over the surface of the vehicle. The exist robots that can walk up glass using an electrical fibers that cling to the glass.
The framework is almost condensed enough to be portable. If you could create a portable system for cleaning and polishing the car for less than 400 dollars, I think it would be popular.
