Is there a Ping application for the iPad?
Is there a Ping app for the Apple iPad or is there another way for me to access Ping features on the iPad?

Many people like to use Ping because it lets them always be updated about what songs their friends are currently listening to and what their favorite artists are currently doing. Luckily for the Ping lovers, Ping is now available on the iPad. Apple has updated its iPad iTunes app to support Ping.
Ping on the iPad basically shows features from the iPhone version. It shows - and lets you manage - your profile; it shows the music that you like and the artists you are following; and it shows your activities (only the ones you want to share with your friends, of course). Also, every time you make a post or like something, Ping connects to your Twitter account automatically and tweets it.
To enjoy the Ping experience on your iPad, you just have to open the iTunes app, you don't have to download other applications or pay Apple more money. Ping appears as a tab on the iTunes app.
