Is there a new version of the iPad coming out in December 2010?

Launching a new model so early after the first generation's release would also likely garner Apple a huge backlash of negative publicity from those who have already bought an iPad.
The iPad is the fastest selling consumer electronic product in history - why would Apple feel the need to launch an upgrade, with all the issues surrounding present stock, retooling factories etc when the present iPad is proving so popular?
A new version of the iPad will be announced in the Spring of 2011, roughly a year after the original, of that we can be sure, judging by the update schedules that the iPhone and iPod Touch have followed.
If you want an iPad now, buy one. If you worry too much about when the next one might arrive and what added features it will have, you can end up never buying one at all - because there will be always be another version of the iPad at some point in the future.
If you don't feel you need an iPad before Spring 2011, then by all means wait for the next version.

M$I guess Apple know exactly how to keep people in supense! This is from ibtimes.com who have quite an interesting article about it. In addition to the new iPad, Apple also plan to release a new iPod and iPhone 5.
However another site, huffingtonpost.com, is a little more encouraging, saying that the release date is likely to be earlier:
" An Apple Insider reports. "That person familiar with the company's plans claims that as of last month, there was an ambitious push inside Apple to verify the refresh for a possible launch ahead of this year's holiday shopping season."
I guess only time and Apple will tell, buit one thing is for sure, as soon as the new version has been released for a few weeks, there will be plans announced for iPad 3, so unless you have unlimited funds, you can never have the latest version of anything for very long! This is how the customer is subjected to hype.
