Is there a directory under each category (entertainment, food, etc.) in which a person can view ALL topics within that category from A-Z?
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

Well it looks like when you go to the category such as entertainment, there are still subcategories you have to pick before you can see the alphabetized list: http://www.mahalo.com/category/entertainment
Once you select sub categories, then it will show you the list of pages in that sub category from A to Z, for example: http://www.mahalo.com/category/film-actors
