Is there a delay on the Paypal transfer of tips?
Did I do something wrong/is there something I can do to help this?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I suspect others are as well.
Did you fill out the W-9 form and fax it back?
Mahalo Answers is still in Beta though and one of the toughest parts of the Beta is likely going to be refining and perfecting the payout process.
I'm going to kick back and wait until the 27th before I say anything at all. If I haven't received a payout by then, I'll assume something is wrong. If you want to request a payout for April, you have to do it before the end March so up until the last few days of March, I'll chalk this up to "the betas" and kick back.

I too am waiting on my transfer, I'm also wondering if there's supposed to be a different form for people not from the US to sign, since the W-9 one says for US only (but Mike's email mentions "Non-residents of the US" to sign it as well) (also because of that I don't exactly have a SSN or know Mahalo's EIN).
I don't think that non-us residents are required (or even allowed) to sign the W-9.
The W-9 form is VERY common online. Any affiliate program or similar that I've ever participated in has asked US residents to fill it in and return it before payment is made.
I'm in Canada and in lue of the US W-9 form, I usually only have to provide my office address and that is sufficient. I am of course responsible for reporting all income to the gov't on my business taxes.
Here is the e-mail that I received from Mike. It didn't mention anything about non-us residents.
"In order for us to process the payment you have requested, we need to get a signed W9 back from you. For U.S. citizens or those residing in the U.S. you are required to fill out a W9 when we send you a payment. Please fill out the attached form on your computer, print the completed version and then sign it. Return the completed form to us by facsimile Mahalo at (310) 496-0766. If you do not have a fax machine, you also have the option of scanning the signed version and emailing it back to me."
I replied with my address and Mike said that if he needed anything else he would let me know.
