Nevada's crime rate has steadily risen since the early 1990's, but this a generally occurence as the population has risen by over 1 million people within that time frame.
It appears that all stats that are readily available online only go up to and are inclusive of 2009.
as of 2009 - 117,078 crimes were committed within Nevada, with 14,654 of them being violent crimes, and 102,424 property crimes.
The top ten safest cities within Nevada (when concerning crime levels) are
