Is there a 3rd party app that will allow me to save display settings in user accounts in Windows Vista?
Im a new Vista user here and trying to make my wife happy as she has very different display tastes.
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

I don't think so, because there is no support for this part of Windows on the official API.
