This is an interesting one, and it has been an ongoing debate for many years. When Jim Morrison passed away, his entire estate was left to his wife. His wife, in turn, left the estate to her parents when she passed away. The only other people that would have any rightful claim to the Morrison estate would be known offspring of Jim Morrison himself.
Following Morrison's death, there were as many as 30 outstanding paternity suits against him, but none of those came to fruition. However, there has been one man that has claimed all along that he is the son of Jim Morrison and another that is speculated to be the son of JIm Morrison.
The one that claims to be the son goes by the name of Cliff Morrison and is also a musician. While Cliff Morrison does bear some resemblance to Jim Morrison himself, he has refused to take a DNA to confirm his claims. However, some say that the Morrison family has always accepted Cliff and that he even lived with Jim's parents for a time. Cliff Morrison's mother is NOT Pam Morrison, however. Cliff claims that his mother met Jim Morrison and they had a short-lived affair that only lasted about two weeks.
All of the other DNA tests for people claiming to be children of Jim Morrison proved the claims false. However, there is another guy who was in a band called Mojo Risin, which was a Doors tribute band, that many people believe is really the son of Jim Morrison. This guy's name was Chris Bangs, AKA Christopher Morrison. Although this guy is also a musician and bears a lot of resemblance to the late Jim Morrison, even singing a number of his songs, he refuses to answer any questions about in fact being the son of Jim Morrison. (He won't deny it, but he won't talk about it either.)
In essence, nearly everything out there about the children of Jim Morrison is speculation. There have been no CONFIRMED children of Jim Morrison to date. Most of the people that have come forward and said that they were children of Jim Morrison were probably only doing so to see if they could get a piece of the Morrison estate.
