I freely admitted to having a small amount of alcohol on by breath ....mouth wash but was under legally prescribed medication.....Zanex . My work record was impeccable....however my company is down sizing and found an excuse to terminate me. I have had an ongoing conflict of personality with my supervisor. I have been taken to my HR department and was given no choice but to sign a statement that was questionable.
