Is the iPhone ever going to be available for Sprint customers?
Are there any plans to open up the iPhone calling network for Sprint customers? Is Sprint ever going to see the iPhone?

Hi Worldcup14,
There are rumors circulating about Sprint possibly getting the next iPhone. Apparently, the CDMA iPhones that Apple is developing is up for a new phone company. Verizon Wireless is the company that everyone had assumed this iPhone would go to. However, Ivan Seidenberg, Verizon’s CEO, made it seem that the iPhone would not go to Verizon, when he spoke at the Goldman Sachs conference.
Apple’s CDMA iPhone is expected to launch in early CY11, which would be around 1QFY11 (December). The CDMA iPhone production is going to be approximately at 3 million. This will put the total iPhone production between 21-22 million and which will bring it up 5%. These totals include 3 GS, iPhone 4 and CDMA iPhone. The small increase shows the ongoing demand for the iPhone 4 and more distribution.
