Yes it is already on YouTube thanks to C-SPAN, but its taking forever to load I think its due to the number of hits its receiving. Also for the full text of his inaugural speech you can check out my links below.There is also a cool slideshow gallerry of stills I found on AOL.I think it ran the entire gamut of emotions it was meant to, but primarily I was impressed by the delibarate themed message of hope an personal responsibility that seemed to be the cornerstone of the speech,my hilarious moment was when he faltered a bit when taking the invocation,when he seemed literally lost for words.Enjoy the Moment
