i was reading "SOCRATES" book last night. i am a little confused. he write in his book....
"if you get a good wife, you'll be happy . if you get bad one, you'll become a philosopher"

I think you just pulled that from some quotes website, since there is no such thing as a "Socrates book." Socrates was a character in Plato's Dialogues. Regardless, Socrates is joking. Obviously, if you find a good wife, she will make you happy. If you find a bad wife, you will no longer have the desire for marriage and become a philosopher. The idea being that philosophers are so focused on themselves and the workings of the world that they have no time for family, as was the case with Socrates, who himself neglected his family, wandering the streets of Athens philosophizing.
