Yes it is, based on this review of the Soundtrack album from Rhapsody written by Nick Dedina.
"Not only did Spacey co-write, direct and star in this bio-pic of Bobby Darin, but the multiple Oscar winner sings so much like the tortured, long-departed superstar that it's uncanny.
