Is Swanson a good brand of supplements?
I was looking at switching to Swanson for my suplements. They are a ot cheaper than the brand I am currently using and look legitimate. Is Swanson a quality supplement brand?

Swanson is a legitimate vitamin company. The vitamins you get from them should be no different than the ones you are taking now. The FDA requires that vitamins be made with certain ingredients and certain amounts of these ingredients, therefore Swanson’s shouldn't vary from the ones you already have. Getting Swanson instead of the ones you have now is the same as buying Equate sinus medicine rather than Tylenol sinus; it is the exact same thing with the exact same ingredients just under a generic name.
Companies like Swanson and Equate make generic pills for us so that we can choose to buy the cheaper brand. A lot of people won’t buy generic ones; they think that the brand name is better. That is completely wrong; they are exactly the same just different names. So I would say if Swanson is cheaper than definitely buy them instead.
