Prince Charles is not ill, at least he is not today.
Prince Philip is the husband of Queen Elizabeth II. He is not King now and cannot be ever. Charles is the son of Queen Elizabeth, and he will assume the throne and become King after the death (or unlikely abdication) of the Queen.
The Queen's Mother lived until she was 102, and so it is likely that she will be Queen for a long time yet !
