Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

According to the available sources Pastor Lane Lawless was not the suspect.
Here are some facts about the Sandra cantu muder. Latest news is that Huckaby is being held without bail at San Joaquin County Jail.

----quote-----

Tracy Police have not released details about where or how Sandra was killed. Their suspect, Melissa Huckaby remains in jail on suicide watch. The 28-year-old lives with her grandparents in the same mobile home park where Sandra lived. She taught Sunday school at the church, just down the road.

Sunday, family members were in disbelief over allegations that she killed her own daughter's playmate and then stuffed her body in a suitcase.

on 17th august 2009 , Huckaby, was indicted for murder with three enhancements: kidnapping, lewd and lascivious acts on a child and rape with a foreign object — all related to the death of Sandra Cantu.

The case is under a judicial gag order, and the grand jury transcripts are temporarily sealed. Huckaby did not enter a plea. She returns to court Sept. 10.

Testa said the District Attorney's office is treating the case as if it will be a death penalty case, but no decision is expected on that for one or two months.

Huckaby had been scheduled for a preliminary hearing in September, where a judge would have determined if there was enough evidence for trial after hearing testimony from witnesses during several public hearings.
