Mickey Mouse is probably a Congregational Church type Christian. That's how Walt Disney was brought up and he remained in that religion. Walt Disney created Mickey's character and was Mickey's voice for a long time.
However, Disney was seeking universal appeal, so it is possible that Mickey Mouse is a very ecumenically minded mouse of general and undogmatic beliefs.
It is unlikely that Mickey is a Catholic. Disney and his company had a number of major squabbles with the Catholic Church, which often did not like the way the Church or Priests were depicted in the Disney movies.
Mickey is definitely not a Baptist either. These take issue with the Disney company's inclusive attitude toward gays and lesbians.
