Hi Malibub,
Yes, Marshalls is an authorized seller of Apple products like the iPad. Both Marshalls and TJ Maxx (its sister store), had received the 16GB WiFi model during 2010’s Black Friday sale. As noted by I4U News, T.J. Maxx has acknowledged on its official Twitter account about the sale for the iPads. Calls were made to TJ Maxx stores in Ohio and New Jersey and they confirmed having these iPads in stock and were holding them. Also, a number of Marshalls’ stores located in Florida stated that they had 100 iPads. There were reports from Engadget that there were TJ Maxx and Marshall stores that were selling Apple’s iPad for $399, at a discount price. This is for their 16GB Wi-Fi model and is $100 lower than Apple’s price. Apple has this iPad at $499.
