Payments are sent on the 15th (or a little after if it falls on a weekend/holiday). If you don't get the payment within 10 days let us know. Dozens of folks have gotten paid fyi.

As far as I know it does come, I've been with Mahalo for well over a year and the money always reaches my account.
When in doubt, send an email to Contact@mahalo.com so the accountant team can respond to you private.

Once you earn more than 40 Mahalo Dollars, you can request to be paid via PayPal on your tips settings page. Each Mahalo Dollar is currently worth $0.75 when paid out via PayPal. When you submit your request, we'll transfer the full balance, or the portion of the balance you choose, to your PayPal account on the 15th of the following month.

I find it a bit frustrating sometimes, but I don't doubt Mahalo mean well.
