Is Mahalo Answers considering to have poll questions too?

I'm just wondering, how many MA participants are active through statistics view. I'm not mathematical but I just like statistics in general.
Tip for best answer: M$1.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

@mike has a mock up of a polling service inside of Answers and Mahalo 2.0. We're gonna have a complete Online Polling system by the end of the summer/September I would guess.

I would like to see the poll option. There are times when I'm asking a question just to get a little feedback on an idea where a poll would be more appropriate than an actual question.

4 out of 5 Mahalo members agree, polling is great!

We are however reviewing our statistics... we think that 4th person may have been a google bot.

The revised statistics now show that 6 out of 5 people agree.

It must be a terrific idea. :)

Sounds like there is a polling system in the works, in the meantime you can ask a question and treat it like a poll. A good example are the QotD threads

Yeah, I've wanted a poll option for a while for that very purpose. I haven't brought it up, but instead of the Q & A format, it would be a poll, and either evenly distributed to everyone that participates, or someone at random gets it, like a lottery.

I haven't heard that they were going to implement a system like that, but I know what you mean.
