Is KGB (AKA KGBKGB/542542) a premium text service?
I'm wondering if the KGB "Knowledge Generation Bureau" is a premium text service. That is, a service that will charge me a rate on a regular basis, whether or not I'm going to be using it (like those ringtone services or those services that promise compatibility tests and such)
