Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Jicama is very low in vitamin K. Here are two different sources for you.

USDA and Web site called Nutrition data both say that Jicama is very low in vitamin K:

There is .4 micrograms of Vitamin K per cup of raw slices. less than 1% of RDA DV. Less if cooked.

If you are looking for foods that are high in vitamin K, green leafy vegetables and cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cabbage, etc) are high in Vitamin K. Here is a Web site with a list of foods with "high to medium" amounts of Vit K.

No, jicama is not high or medium in Vitamin K. It actually contains very little. A cup of raw jicama only contains 0.4 mcg of Vitamin K, yet a high Vitamin K food like spinach contains 144.9 mcg in one cup.

No. It has 0.3 mcg per 100 gram serving.
