Is Jicama high in Vitamin K ? I need to know ASAP
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

USDA and Web site called Nutrition data both say that Jicama is very low in vitamin K:
There is .4 micrograms of Vitamin K per cup of raw slices. less than 1% of RDA DV. Less if cooked.
If you are looking for foods that are high in vitamin K, green leafy vegetables and cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cabbage, etc) are high in Vitamin K. Here is a Web site with a list of foods with "high to medium" amounts of Vit K.
