Is it true that Miley Cyrus is teaming up with walmart to do a clothing line? Has she studied fashion? Can she design?

Yes, Cyrus teams up with Max Azria to create a line of budget-friendly tees, tops, pants, shoes and accessories for Walmart, (announced June 3). She previously helped design Disney Consumer Products' Hannah Montana line (Jun'07). Nothing about any formal education in Design/Fashion, sorry.
