Is it true that chess prodigy Bobby Fisher can remember every move from every game he ever played?

This was stated somewhere, but I would like to know the source or reference.
Tip for best answer: M$0.25
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Yeah, it seems that Mr. Fischer had quite an amazing memory when it came to chess. You might want to check out The Chess of Bobby Fischer by Robert Burger or Grandmasters of Chess by Harold Schonberg to find that reference to him remembering every game. I've included a site that has some quotes from those books in reference to his memory.
