Is it true s-mail is going down to three days a week?
I heard this on the radio. Also I heard half of the mail going through is stolen.

Don't believe everything you hear. Especially be sure to believe nothing said on talk radio or call in shows.
If you want to believe your radio, you could try NPR. Most of them have three channels now on HD radio.
Back to the snail mail, the Post Office wants to cut back from 6 days to 5 by ending Saturday deliveries. I think they should drop one of the weekdays instead since customers are often only at home for signatures etc on weekends.
