Is it true or false that you have to "break in" a Seidio Innocell 2600 (G1 cell phone) battery. If so, how is it done?

Cell phone batteries require a break in period in order to retain a full charge. This can take up to 2 weeks. As you use and charge your battery the phone will retain more and more charge. This is known as conditioning. With lithium ion batteries it's best to top off the charge as opposed to draining the battery al the way then charging it.
