Is it possible to reverse the effects of aging?

Watch this video below, and let me know what you think of this new product called AGEOFF. Has anyone tried it?

Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I don't think it is at all possible to 'reverse' the effects of aging. You could however slow down the process.
Our bodies are made up of millions of cells which are considered the basic unit of all living things. It is just natural for cells to break down at a certain point while others are being created or repaired. As we age, our cells can't repair themselves like before and the process of metabolism couldn't catch up with the process of breakdown.
The way to slow down the aging process as health experts advise is to eliminate/reduce stress, eat right, sleep right and exercise.
Regarding the video, I'm always skeptical about those. I would say read the label carefully and try to do some research about the product and the company itself. It would also be helpful if someone you personally know have tried it and can vouch for it not someone paid to talk about it.
Good luck.

I'm a physical therapist so I have basic knowledge in the sciences. I'm not a doctor and I would suggest you speak to one before taking any supplements of sort.

I don't think this product necessarily works. I do think other products like HGH (illegal) and small amounts of steroids will go a long way to extending and reversing the aging process.
