Is it possible to order a Christmas tree and to pay for it to be setup and decorated for some else's home if they're unable?

You could also buy a prelit tree (local department/discount stores are a good place) and I don't know of any company you can have set up the tree. However, perhaps asking friends or posting an ad offering to pay for the service might get the job done.
