One that really works would be a custom job through a gunsmith. If you want to go this route...

Read the question, buddy - I'm curious about *working* replicas. A gun similar to the Samaritan that will actually shoot bullets. I guess I really need an answer from a gunsmith or serious gun enthusiast.
