Is it possible to customize the new Mahalo homepage?

Tip for best answer: M$0.25
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I can't wait. It'd be cool if there was a section or widget (if you're looking at the iGoogle/Netvibes way of customizing) that could display something similar to Flickr Explore, but for Mahalo pages. Having interesting new pages on the homepage, hand-picked would be quite neat!

Widgets. That's what it needs...

Awesome.

I'm simply not interested in what's 'New on TV'. I would like to see a box with all new questions tagged 'iPhone' or 'Ubuntu', custom news feed (a la Google Alerts), and my local weather.

Currently it's not possible to do so. However, if you'd like to make this suggestion, then you might want to contact contact@mahalo.com to suggest this feature.

That would be great. I'd love to be able to select the stlye and type of news/content I read first on Mahalo.com. A drag and drop system.
