Is it possible to cook a pork tenderloin on a griddle?
Our oven is shot right now and we need to try to clean our bbq grill or get a new one.

At http://bbq.about.com/cs/pork/a/aa030699.htm there are suggestions on how to prepare pork tenderloin for grilling which should also work for a griddle, except you'll probably need to cook it a little longer, or else use high heat.
